Interior Design Fees

Initial meeting - Free of charge

The initial meeting is intended to give us the opportunity of presenting our portfolio and explaining how we work and how the fees are structured.

Design Stage - Design Fee £500 per room fee includes:

1. Sample Boards
2. Design Drawing
3. Sourcing of fabrics, wall and floor coverings and obtaining samples and brochures.
4. Standard room survey
5. Sourcing of furniture, light fittings and accessories

• 3D Drawings colour rendered can be provided at a cost of £150 + VAT each
• You may choose to implement your design yourself at this stage

Progress Stage

1. Contracts, planning and submission of appropriate applications for planning consent: £50 per hour plus disbursements charged at cost.
2. Producing building and decorating specifications £50 per hour.

• You may choose to manage your own contract at this stage

Co-ordination of contractors

1. Once estimates are approved & contractors appointed Vivre Interiors can co-ordinate the work at a charge of £50 per hour or 10% of contractors final account.

Supply Stage

1. Fabrics, wallpapers and floor coverings 75% deposit required with balance payable on delivery.
2. Most items of furniture and accessories 50% deposit required with balance payable on delivery
3. Supply of materials (commercial) payment on account is required.
4. Design Fee 50% payable on engagement with balance payable on delivery of sample boards & drawings.

Furniture Rental

For commercial customers we offer a furniture rental service. Please ask for a quotation.
